Grain Communications is the network builder behind the broadband. We plan, design and build the infrastructure, using trusted third-party contractors to carry out the works.

We’re part of the Grain family – alongside our sister company, Grain Connect, who provide the broadband service that runs on our network. While Grain Connect focuses on keeping customers connected, we focus on getting the network in place – fast, futureproof, and built to last.

We coordinate and manage the street-level work that brings Full Fibre right to your property. This means planning and overseeing the on-the-ground teams laying cables, connecting premises, and restoring the area once work is complete.

We’re committed to high standards, low disruption, and full transparency. Whether you’ve received a leaflet, caught our street signage, seen our teams on site, or noticed roadworks starting, it’s all part of building something better: a network that supports reliable, high-speed broadband for decades to come.

We understand that network build can be disruptive — and we don’t take that lightly. All work is carried out by qualified, insured contractors under our supervision, and we aim to ensure everything is reinstated properly and on time.
